AVT Exhibits CUAS System at SOFIC 2019

Last week, Ascent Vision Technologies partnered with Darley Defence to showcase the revolutionary X-MADIS OTM counter drone system at SOFIC 2019 in Tampa, Florida.

The X-MADIS OTM, eXpeditionary Mobile Air Defense Integrated System, is optimized for missions on-the-move, providing a complete counter drone kill chain while moving at speeds exceeding 40mph. The entire system is mounted on a Chevy Colorado ZR2 to provide a ruggedized combat solution. Designed as a ‘gap filler’ for lightweight CUAS, the X-MADIS OTM is portable, powerful and field-proven, with systems deployed and operated around the world.

The X-MADIS OTM includes four radar faces for hemispheric coverage; a CM202U counter UAS optical system; an electronic warfare system; and CUAS Suite that is controlled and operated using the integrated Toughbook.
