On Friday 9th August, AVT Australia was named a finalist for the Australian Defence Industry Awards 2019, shortlisted for Export Business of the Year. This award recognises companies that have contributed to strengthening Australia’s defence industry whilst demonstrating business growth, capitalising on market opportunities and achieving effective exportation of products and services.
Over the past two years, AVT Australia has been innovating, testing and fielding solutions for the Australian Defence Force to provide significant capabilities to Australian defence squadrons. An example of which is the micro gimbal – a sub 250g multi sensor payload, optimised with smart features that will deliver superior ISR capabilities to the Australian Army.
